Modern life style is disease prone

If anybody asks that does modern lifestyle make us disease prone? Then I will say yes, because today’s modern lifestyle and people are changing like time. But there is a reason behind this like pressure of work and cut throat competition, people are forgetting their relations. In fact they don’t know how to respect other people. This chaotic traffic make people immoral and greedy as well. Due to greed of money and land man has become enemy of his own relatives. 


In the shortage of time and need of mood refreshment, everyone most of the people eat fast food and soft drinks in their eating time. Also some people get addicted with tea and other things. Many diseases are spreading because people live a sedentary life like that. 
Without further ado we can say that modern lifestyle is busy lifestyle. Because of busy lifestyle most of the people get stressed and get into depression. The people which do not reach their goal hang themselves or does some other activities to destroy themselves. 
Truth is that people can manage everything but in the competition of work, they started racing with each other and forgot about everything, that life is not only in work. To over come from stressed life we have to do things like give time to your parents and another relations because you are working for them too, not just for yourself. Do yoga and meditation to live stress free life and to stay fit.
Do what ever your hobby is just focus on your hobby and make your hobby your passion and one day you will succeed. When you do your hobby then stress and depression never come close to you. 


ताकत सब में है….

अगर हम सब कुछ सोंच सकते है तो हर कुछ करने की ताकत भी रखते हैं। क्यूंकि ताकत सबमे होती है। भले वे इंसाने छोटा हो या बड़ा हर कुछ अच्छा करने की ताकत रखता है।


Balanced the fast food

We all know that fast food is very delicious and it take less time to cook and eat. But we also know that is very harmful for our health. In between 5% of people in india obese. Taking fast food in high amount is hazardous. Under fast foods we have pizzas, burgers, noodles, french fries, potato chips, samosa, pakode, aloo tikki etc. Some soft drinks are also come in fast foods. These are very tasty to eat but this type of food makes us feel unhealthy.

Fast food is hazardous food because these type of food are not cooked properly, contain so much oil and fat, also these types of food have less nutrition. That’s why they are unhealthy. Fast food cause us many diseases and problems like malnutrition, obesity, hypertension, high amount of bad cholesterol, risk of heart attack and diabetes.

It is not an occasional intake but the binge of fast food is harmful for our health. Most of the people eat fast food for mood refreshments. So it is not a bad thing but whenever you want to eat some fast food then make it at home because at your home you can make it properly and also you take care of your cleanliness. Making fast food at home is healthy and full of fun too. But don’t eat too much. If you don’t know how to cook then in our surrounding shops there are lots of recipe books or you may ask someone for fast food recipe. But make sur that it is healthy.

Healthy and nutritious food is always good for daily meal. Nutritious food gives us lots of energy to work and yoga inspires us to stay fit. Nutritious food are healthy because they contain less oil and fat are full of nutrition and also they are cooked properly. So, we should eat nutritiousfood daily and eat fast food sometime like in one day in a week or in a month.

While there is no denying that the world loves a winner, it is important that you recognize the signs of stress in your behavior and be healthy enough to enjoy your success. Stress can strike anytime, in a fashion that may leave you unaware of its presence in your life.

While certain amount of pressure is necessary for performance , it is important to be able to recognize your individual limit. For instance , there are some individuals who accept compitition in a healthy fashion. There are others who collapse into weeping wrecks before an exam or on comparing mark sheets and finding that their friend has scored better.

वो तो एक उजाला है

वो तो एक उजाला है,
नदियों की बहती धारा है,
कभी तेज कभी मंद है।
चिड़ियों की चह – चहाट है,
वो झरने का पानी है,
पेड़ो की हरियाली है ,
कभी सुखी कभी निराली है।
समुन्द्र की गहराई है ,
आसमान की ऊंचाई है,
शक्तियों का उजला है वो ,
ईश्वर के समान है,

हमारी पृथ्वी में कई तरह के ऐवं रंग बिरंगे पक्षी पाए जाते हैं । इन पक्षियों में से ज्यादातर पक्षी मौसम के अनुसार अपना स्थान बदलती रहती हैं। जब हम इन पक्षियों को देखते है हम आजाद सा अनुभव करते है । इस भाग – दौड़ भरी जिंदगी में कई लोगों की यह इच्छा होने लगती है कि काश हमारे पास भी पंख होते तो हम भी उड़ सकते और खो जाते कहीं आसमान में । कभी – कभी लगता है जैसे पक्षी इस धरती में सबसे भागयशाली है । लेकिन ऐसा बिल्कुल नही है। इन दिनों कई पक्षियों वे जानवरों की प्रजातियां संकट में है और इनमें कई विलुप्त भी हो चुकी हैं। विश्व में लगभग 10,000 पक्षियों की प्रजातियां पाई जाती है। इनमें से कुछ प्रजातियां विलुप्त हो चुकी है और कुछ विलुप्त होने के कगार पर हैं। कहीं ऐसा न हो कि हम इन्हें सिर्फ तस्वीरों में ही देख पाएं।


Beauty of Nature

In the world not even one word or one sentence describe the beauty of nature. It is so beautiful and also helps us in daily life. Nature have a very big heart which humans doesn’t have. I am not saying about all human beings because some of them are kind to other and also with nature. And that type of kindness is called humanity. Beauty of nature also refresh our mood and it feels great.
